You don’t need much money to heal! Most of the things that worked the best for me were FREE.

Here’s ten powerful healing tools that cost me nothing:

🧘 Meditation and stillness

- helps to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and rest the brain

💤 Sleep hygiene

- a regular sleep time, ideally around 9pm (the hours before midnight are extra nourishing!)

- stop eating 3-4 hours before sleep time

- dim lights and reduce screen time before bed

- using your imagination, daydreaming & visualisation activates slower brainwaves

- very powerful to retrain your brain and regulate the nervous system & heal

- a great way to reframe thinking patterns and uncover subconscious patterns
